Privacy

When you book us, you trust us with your guest list. This is how we look after it.

What we collect

From hosts: your name, phone number, email and event details.

From your guest list: each guest’s name and the contact details you give us (usually a phone number or email), plus anything needed at the door, such as table number or plus-ones. On the day, we record when each guest checks in.

Why we collect it

Only to run your event: to send e-invites and QR codes, track RSVPs, check guests in at the door, and tell you who attended. We don’t sell guest data, and we don’t use it for marketing.

Who can see it

You, and the R-accessHub team working your event. Invites are sent through services like WhatsApp and email, which handle the messages under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep guest lists only as long as we need them for your event and any follow-up you ask for, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your list sooner at any time.

Your choices

Hosts and guests can ask what we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
